This Privacy Policy applies to the PoaG.ai website (poag.ai) and all tools hosted on it, including the Readiness Assessment landing page, ROI Calculator landing page, and Contact form. The full Readiness Assessment and ROI Calculator are hosted on Pdgogy.ai. We collect information in the following ways when you interact with PoaG.ai:
3.1 Readiness Assessment
The full Readiness Assessment is hosted on Pdgogy.ai. When you complete the assessment, the following data may be collected:
- District name and state
- Your professional email address
- Responses to audit questions (self-reported district readiness data)
- Computed scores and PoaG Integration Continuum level
This data is used to generate a personalized AI-powered readiness report and to deliver that report to your email address. We do not collect student personally identifiable information (PII) through the audit tool.
3.2 ROI Calculator
The ROI Calculator is hosted on Pdgogy.ai. When you click "Open the ROI Calculator" on PoaG.ai, you are redirected to pdgogy.ai/roi-calculator. Data you enter into the calculator is governed by the Pdgogy.ai Privacy Policy.
3.3 Contact Form
When you submit the Contact form, we collect your name, email address, district name, role, and message content. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and may be used for follow-up communications about PoaG.ai.
3.4 Automatically Collected Information
Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit PoaG.ai, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL. We use this data for analytics and to improve the user experience. We do not use this data to identify individual users.

5. FERPA Compliance
PoaG.ai is designed for use by school district administrators, superintendents, and chief academic officers. The PoaG.ai website and its tools (Readiness Assessment landing page, ROI Calculator landing page, Contact form) do not collect, store, or process student education records as defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. § 1232g.
When districts implement the Pdgogy.ai Instruction Engine (on which PoaG.ai is built), student data handling is governed by the Pdgogy.ai Privacy Policy and the district's data privacy agreement with 21stCenturyEd. The Pdgogy.ai platform infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified.
6. COPPA Compliance
The PoaG.ai website is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-6506. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through PoaG.ai, please contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly delete such information.
7. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the following categories of third parties:
- Email delivery services — to send your audit report and respond to inquiries
- AI processing services — to generate your personalized readiness report (audit responses are processed but not retained by the AI provider)
